Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetland Experience
After an early breakfast, head to Kibale Forest for your chimpanzee tracking experience.
Accompanied by experienced guides and trackers, you will enter the rainforest in search of habituated chimpanzee communities. As you explore the forest, you may encounter chimpanzees moving through the trees, feeding, calling and interacting with one another.

After breakfast, depart Kibale and travel toward Queen Elizabeth National Park.
The route passes through scenic crater landscapes, countryside and the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains. Continue toward the park, where the landscape changes from rainforest to open savannah.
After lunch and check-in, embark on an afternoon game drive.

The cooler morning hours provide an excellent opportunity to explore the savannah and observe wildlife before the heat of the day. Your guide will help you look for elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, lions, hyenas and other species that inhabit the plains.
After lunch and some relaxation, enjoy a boat cruise along the famous Kazinga Channel.

Continue through the spectacular Kigezi Highlands, where terraced hills, winding roads and misty valleys create some of southwestern Uganda’s most memorable scenery.

Day 7: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi – A Special Honeymoon Experience
After an early breakfast, transfer to the appropriate park headquarters for registration and a pre-trekking briefing.
