About These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ababa Uganda Safaris website and the safari services we provide. They cover website use, safari inquiries and quotations, bookings, deposits and payments, travel arrangements, cancellations, amendments and other services supplied by us.
By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and every traveller in your booking. Please read them carefully, along with the specific details in your written quotation and booking confirmation.
Where a requirement is set by a government authority — such as the Uganda Wildlife Authority for trekking permits and national park access — the authority's current rules take precedence over our own booking terms.

- Customers who confirm a booking and travel under it.
- Anyone who uses services arranged by us, including accommodation, transport, permits and activities.
Website information vs a confirmed booking
Some figures — such as deposit percentages, cancellation schedules, complaints contacts and the governing-law clause — depend on final company policy and legal review. Where a figure has not yet been confirmed, it is clearly marked as a placeholder below. Nothing here invents a policy, a price or a contact detail.
3
Safari Inquiries and Quotations
You can submit an inquiry through the website form, by email, by telephone or by messaging us where those channels are available. We prepare a quotation based on the information you provide, including your dates, group size, destinations and preferences.
A quotation is an invitation to book on the terms set out in it — it is not a confirmed booking, and it does not by itself reserve vehicles, accommodation or permits. Availability is limited and controlled by our suppliers and by the relevant authorities.
- Quotations remain valid for the period stated in the quotation, if any. Where no period is stated, prices and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
- Prices may change before booking because of supplier rate changes, seasonal rates, permit prices, availability and currency movements.
- If the details of your travel change — such as dates, group size or destinations — we may need to revise the quotation.
- A quotation does not guarantee availability of any accommodation, vehicle, flight or permit unless we expressly confirm it in writing.
4
Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only when all of the following have been met: you accept the quotation in writing; we receive the required deposit (or other payment we specify); we send you a written booking confirmation; and, where relevant, the required permits, accommodation and services have been secured.
Until a booking is confirmed, no part of the arrangement is guaranteed, and we are not obliged to hold vehicles, rooms, flights or permits.
- Acceptance of the quotation in writing by you.
- Payment of the deposit or other amount stated in the quotation.
- Our written booking confirmation being issued to you.
- Confirmation of permit availability, where permits form part of the booking.
- Confirmation of accommodation and other supplier availability, where applicable.
5
Deposits and Payments
Deposit percentage to be confirmed
— the exact deposit for your booking is stated in your written quotation and confirmation.
Balance due date to be confirmed
— the exact balance deadline, including any earlier deadline required for permits, is stated in your booking confirmation.
6
Gorilla and Chimpanzee Permits
Gorilla trekking permits, gorilla habituation permits and chimpanzee permits are issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA). Permits are limited in number and are subject to the authority's availability and rules.
We can help reserve and pay for permits on your behalf as part of a booking, but we do not control permit availability or the authority's conditions. Permit rules on reservation, payment, transfer, cancellation, postponement and use are set by the authority and take precedence over our own booking terms.
- Permits are subject to availability and are usually sold on specific dates.
- Permits are commonly non-transferable and, in many cases, non-refundable under the authority's rules.
- Permit prices are set by the authority and may change without notice.
- Where a permit cannot be secured, we will discuss alternative dates, parks or arrangements with you.
- The authority's current terms apply to any cancellation or postponement of a permit.
Government permit rules take precedence
The current rules of the Uganda Wildlife Authority govern permit availability, transfer, cancellation and postponement. Where those rules differ from our booking terms, the authority's rules prevail. We will always explain the applicable conditions before you pay for a permit.
7
Safari Prices
Safari prices depend on many variables, so each quotation is prepared individually. The price of your safari may be affected by the factors listed below, among others.
Your quotation sets out what is included and what is excluded. Unless something is expressly stated as included, it should be treated as excluded.
- Accommodation type and standard.
- Number of travellers and shared versus private arrangements.
- Safari duration and the number of days.
- Vehicle type and whether a driver is included.
- Permits and activity fees.
- Season and travel dates.
- Domestic and international flights.
- Additional activities and optional extras.
- Supplier rates and availability.
- Exchange-rate movements where applicable.
8
Itinerary Changes
Safari travel can be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where a material change to your itinerary is necessary, we will communicate it to you as soon as we reasonably can and explain the alternatives available.
- Weather and seasonal conditions.
- Road and track conditions.
- Park regulations or access restrictions.
- Wildlife conditions and their movements.
- Accommodation availability.
- Flight schedule changes.
- Permit availability.
- Safety considerations.
- Government or authority restrictions.
- Other circumstances outside reasonable control.
8.1 Customer-Requested Changes
You may ask us to amend your booking — for example to change dates, accommodation, activities, travellers, transport or destinations. Amendments are subject to availability and to the conditions of the relevant suppliers.
- Changing travel dates (also see Postponements).
- Changing accommodation or upgrading or downgrading a property.
- Adding or removing activities or destinations.
- Changing travellers or the number of travellers.
- Changing transportation or vehicle type.
9
Customer Cancellation
If you need to cancel, please tell us in writing as soon as possible. A cancellation takes effect when we acknowledge it in writing, not when you send your request.
Cancellation charges depend on how close the cancellation is to departure and on the rules of the suppliers and authorities involved. Deposits and payments already made to third parties, including permits, may be non-refundable. The charges that apply to your booking are set out in your confirmation.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- The cancellation date is the date we acknowledge your request in writing.
- Charges may apply based on the time remaining before departure.
- Deposits may be partly or wholly non-refundable, depending on the terms agreed.
- Permit payments are usually non-refundable under the authority's rules.
- Accommodation and other supplier cancellation charges may apply in addition.
Cancellation schedule to be confirmed
[Insert confirmed cancellation schedule] — the exact cancellation charges for your booking, including any non-refundable permit or supplier amounts, are stated in your written confirmation.
10
Company Cancellation
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or significantly alter a booking. This may happen for reasons such as safety concerns, government or authority restrictions, park closures, supplier failure, force majeure or other extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where we cancel for such a reason, we will inform you promptly and offer the options available under the actual business policy and the relevant supplier conditions — for example an alternative arrangement, a postponement or a refund of recoverable amounts. Any options will be explained to you clearly at the time.
11
Refunds
Refunds are made in line with the terms of your booking and, where relevant, with the rules of our suppliers and the authorities. Some amounts are recoverable and some are not.
We will not describe an amount as refundable or non-refundable unless the actual booking terms support it. Where a refund is due, it is processed using the original payment method where possible, and processing times depend on the payment provider and any currency conversion involved.
- Amounts paid to third parties are refundable only to the extent those suppliers refund them to us.
- Permit-related amounts are usually non-refundable under the authority's rules.
- Bank and payment-processing charges may not be recoverable.
- Refund processing times depend on the payment method and provider.
- Any administration or handling charges, where applicable, are stated in your confirmation.
12
Postponements and Rescheduling
A postponement moves your safari to new dates rather than cancelling it. Postponements are subject to availability and to supplier and authority conditions, and are not the same as a cancellation.
Because a postponement can involve rebooking charges, new rates or rates for different dates (which may be higher), fare differences and fresh availability checks, please contact us as early as possible so we can confirm what is possible.
- Safari date changes are subject to availability.
- Permit postponement is governed by the authority's current rules.
- Accommodation changes may carry supplier rebooking charges.
- Any difference between old and new rates is payable by you.
- Availability on your preferred new dates cannot be guaranteed.
13
Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability. While we aim to secure the properties described in your itinerary, a property may occasionally be unavailable, and we may arrange a comparable alternative of a similar standard and location.
Lodge and hotel classifications, room allocation, check-in and check-out times, and special requests are controlled by the property itself. Special requests are passed on but cannot be guaranteed unless the property confirms them.
- Accommodation is subject to availability.
- Classification and star ratings are those of the property.
- Substitutions of comparable standard may occasionally be necessary.
- Room allocation is decided by the property.
- Special requests are on-request and not guaranteed.
- Early check-in and late check-out depend on the property.
- The property's own terms and house rules apply during your stay.
14
Transportation
Safari transport is provided using road vehicles suited, where possible, to the route and conditions, and may include a professional driver-guide. Where a confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable vehicle.
Estimated journey times are estimates only. Road, weather and traffic conditions in Uganda can change travel times significantly — sometimes by several hours on remote routes.
- Vehicles are matched to the route and conditions where possible.
- A comparable vehicle substitution may be necessary.
- Driver-guides follow park and road regulations.
- Domestic transfers are arranged per your itinerary.
- Journey times are estimates and may vary.
- Passengers must follow safety instructions and park rules.
15
Flights
Where we arrange domestic flights or light-aircraft transfers as part of your safari, those flights are operated by third-party airlines and are subject to the airline's own rules. Airline rules on schedules, baggage, delays, cancellations and changes take precedence over our arrangements.
We will inform you of the operative airline's conditions where they affect your itinerary. Our own booking terms apply only to the arrangement of those flights, not to the operation of them.
- Airline baggage allowances and restrictions apply.
- Flight schedules are set and controlled by the airline.
- Delays and cancellations are governed by airline policy.
- Changes to flights are subject to airline rules and availability.
- Light-aircraft transfers may have strict weight and luggage limits.
16
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveller arranges comprehensive travel insurance before travelling. Safari activities take place outdoors and often in remote areas, so adequate cover is important.
Insurance is your responsibility, and the cover you need depends on your circumstances. Please treat the list below as a guide to what to consider, not as professional insurance advice.
- Medical expenses and treatment.
- Emergency evacuation and repatriation.
- Trip cancellation and curtailment.
- Trip interruption and missed connections.
- Lost, delayed or damaged baggage.
- Travel delays.
- Emergency assistance services.
- Cover for the specific activities included in your safari, where required.
17
Passport, Visa and Health Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that every traveller holds the correct travel documents for the trip. Requirements can change, so please verify current rules with the relevant embassy, authority or official source before you travel.
- A valid passport with sufficient remaining validity.
- Any visa or entry authorisation required for Uganda, and for any transit countries.
- Any required permits for activities on your itinerary.
- Any required health documentation, such as vaccination certificates.
- Any additional documents required for minors or specific nationalities.
18
Wildlife and Safari Activities
Uganda's parks offer remarkable wildlife experiences, but the animals are wild and free-moving. Sightings and encounters cannot be guaranteed, and weather conditions cannot be guaranteed.
Safari activities involve inherent outdoor risks. For your safety and the wellbeing of wildlife, you must follow the instructions of your guide, ranger and park staff at all times, and comply with park regulations.
- Wildlife sightings — including gorilla, chimpanzee and Big Five sightings — are not guaranteed.
- Specific weather conditions cannot be guaranteed.
- Guide, ranger and park staff instructions must be followed.
- Park regulations must be observed at all times.
- Never approach wildlife except as directed by your guide.
- Activities involve inherent risks associated with outdoor travel.
19
Customer Responsibilities
So that your safari runs smoothly and safely, you agree to the responsibilities set out below.
- Provide accurate and complete booking information, including for every traveller.
- Disclose any relevant medical, dietary or accessibility requirements in good time.
- Follow the reasonable instructions of your guide, driver and park staff.

- Respect local communities, cultures and customs.
- Respect wildlife and the environment.
- Maintain appropriate conduct toward other travellers, staff and communities.
- Make all payments by the agreed due dates.
- Carry all required travel documents and permits.
20
Photography and Media
Personal photography and filming of your own trip are generally welcome, subject to park rules and the privacy of others. Drones and commercial photography or filming often require special permission from the relevant authority and must be arranged in advance.
We will not use your photographs or videos on our website or social media unless we have a lawful basis to do so — such as your consent — or unless you have otherwise given us permission.
- Respect any restrictions on photography at sensitive sites.
- Ask before photographing individuals within local communities.
- Drone use requires prior permission from the relevant authority and is often restricted.
- Commercial photography and filming must be arranged in advance.
- We use customer images only where we have a lawful basis or your consent.
21
Liability
We arrange safari services using our own team and carefully selected third-party suppliers. While we take care in selecting suppliers, we do not control them, and we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.
This section is intended to be reasonable and balanced. It is not intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Third-party suppliers (such as lodges, airlines and activity operators) are responsible for their own services.
- Transportation, accommodation and activities are provided subject to supplier terms.
- Weather, wildlife behaviour and other natural factors are beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal property, except where the law provides otherwise.
- Itinerary disruption caused by force majeure is handled as described in these Terms.
Subject to legal review
This liability section should be reviewed against applicable Ugandan law and the structure of the business before publication. It is written to be fair and balanced and does not seek to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22
Force Majeure
We are not in breach of these Terms, and are not liable for failure or delay, where performance is prevented or delayed by an event beyond reasonable control. In such cases we will contact you promptly to discuss the practical consequences for your booking.
Force majeure is not a blanket excuse for ordinary business failures. It applies only to genuine events beyond reasonable control.
- Severe weather or natural disasters.
- Epidemics or pandemics.
- Civil unrest or insecurity.
- Government action or restrictions.
- Border or travel restrictions.
- National park closures.
- Disruption to transport services.
- Failure of a key supplier due to an external event.
- Other extraordinary events beyond reasonable control.
23
Complaints
We want every safari to go well, and we take complaints seriously. If something is not right, please raise it with your guide or our team as soon as it arises so we have the chance to put it right during your trip.
For a formal complaint, please follow the steps below and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
- Contact us promptly, ideally while you are still travelling.
- Provide your booking reference and travel details.
- Explain the issue clearly, with any supporting information.
- Allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
- Escalate unresolved complaints through the process we provide.
Complaints email to be confirmed
— please use the official complaints address once confirmed, and include your booking reference.
24
Privacy and Personal Data
We collect and handle personal information so that we can respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, confirm bookings and provide services. How we collect, use and protect that information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
This section gives a brief summary only and does not replace the full Privacy Policy
25

You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use this content without appropriate permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
26

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, travel information changes frequently, so some details may become out of date between reviews.

Governing law clause to be confirmed
—this must be reviewed and confirmed for the actual business structure and the applicable laws of Uganda before publication.
28
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, suppliers, legal requirements or good practice. The current version is always published on this page, and the Last Updated date shows when it was most recently reviewed.
Where a change is material and affects an existing booking, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it. The version that applies to your booking is the one published at the time your booking is confirmed.

Terms and Conditions
Please view our terms and conditions below
Quoting our Tour Prices:
These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made with Ababa Uganda Safaris. By confirming a safari or tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Terms and Conditions
1. Quoting Our Tour Prices
Our quoted safari prices include the services specifically stated in the itinerary or quotation. Depending on the safari, this may include transportation as per the itinerary, national park entrance fees, permits where applicable, driver-guide services, vehicle-related expenses, and other services specifically listed in the quotation.
Unless specifically stated, prices do not include accommodation in Kampala before or after the safari, international or domestic flights, travel insurance, visa fees, airport taxes where applicable, tips and gratuities, alcoholic or soft drinks, telephone calls, laundry, personal expenses, optional activities, or other services not included in the confirmed itinerary.
The final quotation provided to the client will specify the inclusions and exclusions applicable to the particular safari.
2. Booking Made with Ababa Uganda Safaris
When booking your holiday directly with Ababa Uganda Safaris, please provide your preferred tour or itinerary, intended arrival and departure dates, number of travelers, accommodation preferences, flight details where available, and any special requirements.
This information helps us prepare your arrangements accurately and according to your requirements.
Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are subject to availability and the rules of the relevant wildlife authority. We recommend booking permits as early as possible, particularly during busy travel periods.
The current Uganda Wildlife Authority guidelines state that the minimum age for gorilla tracking is 15 years and the minimum age for chimpanzee tracking is 12 years. These requirements may be changed by the relevant authority from time to time.
A gorilla or chimpanzee permit does not guarantee a particular wildlife sighting. Animals move freely in their natural habitat, and viewing conditions can change.
If a tracking activity is affected by park closure, security conditions, government restrictions, wildlife movements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will assist the client in accordance with the applicable authority’s policies.
Refunds of permits are subject to the policies of the relevant authority. Where a refund is available, Ababa Uganda Safaris will assist with the applicable process but cannot guarantee a refund where the authority’s rules do not permit one.
3. How You Can Make Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your safari. The remaining balance is payable 30 days before commencement of the tour.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
Ababa Uganda Safaris will provide confirmation or a receipt for payments received.
The applicable payment schedule will be stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.
4. Our Mode of Payment
All prices are normally quoted in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be made using the payment methods confirmed by Ababa Uganda Safaris, including bank transfer and other approved payment methods.
Any applicable bank, transfer, currency-conversion or payment-processing charges will be communicated to the client where relevant.
Payment instructions will be provided during the booking process. Clients should only make payments using payment details officially provided or confirmed by Ababa Uganda Safaris.
5. Cancellation After Booking Payment Has Been Made
Cancellation requests must be submitted to Ababa Uganda Safaris in writing.
Unless different cancellation conditions are stated in the confirmed quotation or booking confirmation, the following cancellation charges apply:
– More than 120 days before departure: deposit and any non-refundable third-party costs may be retained.
– 100–120 days before departure: 20% of the total booking cost.
– 60–99 days before departure: 30% of the total booking cost.
– 40–59 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost.
– 15–39 days before departure: 75% of the total booking cost.
– 0–14 days before departure: 100% of the total booking cost.
We reserve the right to deduct non-refundable costs already incurred or committed to accommodation providers, permit authorities, transport providers, airlines and other suppliers.
Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the relevant authority and may be non-refundable.
Where specific cancellation conditions are stated in your booking confirmation, those conditions will apply.
6. Group Tour Leader
For qualifying group bookings, a tour leader arrangement or discount may be available depending on the size of the group and the agreed quotation.
Any group tour leader benefits will be confirmed in writing before the booking is finalized.
Where applicable, the benefit may cover accommodation on a shared basis. A single-room supplement may apply if a single room is requested.
Other expenses, including meals, drinks, flights, optional activities and other personal services, may not be included unless specifically agreed.
Hotels and lodges may require a final rooming list before arrival. The required deadline will be communicated for each group booking.
7. A Tour Alteration
Ababa Uganda Safaris makes every reasonable effort to operate the itinerary as confirmed.
However, routes, accommodation, activities or schedules may occasionally need to be changed because of road conditions, weather, wildlife movements, park regulations, safety considerations, supplier changes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where an alteration is necessary, we will notify the client as soon as reasonably practical and make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to an itinerary where necessary for the safety, comfort or proper operation of the tour.
Transferring a Booking
Where a client is unable to travel and requests a transfer to another person or date, the request will be subject to availability, supplier approval and the applicable terms.
Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are subject to the transfer rules of the relevant authority and may not be transferable.
Any additional costs resulting from a booking change will be communicated to the client.
8. Type of Transport We Use
Ababa Uganda Safaris uses appropriately insured safari vehicles suitable for the itinerary and route.
The type of vehicle used will depend on the number of travelers, destination, road conditions and specifications of the confirmed itinerary.
Experienced driver-guides will accompany the safari as appropriate.
Vehicle type may vary where operational circumstances require an alternative suitable vehicle.
9. When Viewing Animals on Safari
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Animals live freely in their natural habitat and their movements are unpredictable.
Clients must follow the instructions of their driver-guide, park authorities and activity guides at all times.
Clients are required to maintain a safe distance from wildlife and must not disturb, feed or attempt to approach animals improperly.
Photography and wildlife viewing should be conducted responsibly.
A gorilla permit allows participation in gorilla tracking subject to the applicable rules, but it does not guarantee that gorillas will be seen at a particular distance or in clear view.
10. Selected Accommodation While Booking
Accommodation will be provided according to the category and properties stated in the confirmed itinerary.
Unless otherwise agreed, accommodation is normally based on twin-sharing rooms or tents with private bathrooms where available.
Single rooms may be available at an additional supplement, subject to availability.
Double beds may be requested but cannot always be guaranteed.
Where a specified accommodation facility becomes unavailable, Ababa Uganda Safaris may arrange an alternative of a similar standard where reasonably possible.
Parents Traveling with Children
Children are welcome on many of our safaris, although age restrictions may apply to particular activities and accommodation facilities.
Child rates vary according to the itinerary, accommodation and activities selected.
Current age restrictions for gorilla and chimpanzee tracking are determined by the relevant wildlife authority and may change from time to time.
Parents or guardians should request a child-specific quotation before confirming a booking.
11. Required Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers before travelling to Uganda.
Travelers should consider insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation or interruption, baggage and personal belongings, travel delays and other relevant risks.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their insurance provides appropriate coverage for the activities included in their safari.
Where local evacuation or assistance services are available, these may be arranged subject to availability and the applicable provider’s terms and charges.
12. Booking Liability
Ababa Uganda Safaris will take reasonable care in arranging the services included in the confirmed itinerary.
Some services, including accommodation, airlines, park authorities, activity providers and other travel services, are provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to their own terms and operating conditions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ababa Uganda Safaris will not be responsible for loss, delay, injury, damage or additional expense resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of independent suppliers.
Our company may use reputable subcontractors or service providers to carry out part or all of the services included in an itinerary.
Our liability in relation to transportation and other services will be subject to the applicable laws and regulations.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Your Complaints / Claim for Refund
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your holiday, please report it to your Ababa Uganda Safaris representative or driver-guide as soon as reasonably possible during the safari.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem while you are travelling.
If the matter cannot be resolved during the safari, any formal complaint or refund request should be submitted to Ababa Uganda Safaris in writing as soon as reasonably possible after completion of the holiday.
Any complaint should include the relevant booking details and supporting information.
Unused services are generally non-refundable unless a refund has been specifically agreed, is required under applicable law, or is available under the relevant supplier’s terms.
14. The Force Majeure
Force majeure means circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Ababa Uganda Safaris that prevent, delay or materially affect the operation of a safari.
Such circumstances may include:
– War or civil unrest
– Government restrictions or changes in regulations
– Border closures
– Park closures
– Security restrictions
– Natural disasters
– Extreme weather
– Flooding
– Fire
– Epidemics or public-health emergencies
– Road closures
– Industrial disputes
– Airline cancellations or major schedule changes
– Other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented or avoided
Where such circumstances occur, Ababa Uganda Safaris will make reasonable efforts to assist clients and, where possible, arrange suitable alternatives.
Any additional costs arising from such circumstances will be handled according to the circumstances, the relevant supplier’s terms and applicable law.
15. Safari Price Changes
Safari prices are based on the costs known at the time of quotation.
Before a booking is confirmed, Ababa Uganda Safaris reserves the right to revise prices where there are significant changes in accommodation rates, fuel costs, park fees, permit fees, government taxes, exchange rates, food costs, transportation costs or other supplier charges.
Once a booking has been confirmed, any price change will be communicated to the client and handled according to the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Ababa Uganda Safaris may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, supplier requirements, government regulations or applicable tourism rules.
The Terms and Conditions applicable to a booking are those provided or referenced when the booking is confirmed, unless a later change is required by applicable law or agreed by the parties.
For specific questions about your booking, quotation, payment or cancellation conditions, please contact Ababa Uganda Safaris before confirming your safari.
