Day One – Entebbe Airport – Kampala City
On arrival to Uganda your 15 days Uganda tour, you will be met by our company representative who will make a transfer for you to the hotel in Kampala or in Entebbe depending on your choice to place of stay. If you arrive in working hours its advisable to change the money in order to simplify your activities of the day to avoid inconveniencing your activities. You may choose to stay at your hotel or go for a city drive through places like the Uganda museum among others, Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, Kasubi Tombs. Dinner and overnight on bed and breakfast only.
Day Two – Kampala City – Murchison falls National Park
You will have your breakfast served early this morning and by 0730a on this 15 days Uganda tour, your driver/ guide drive off to Murchison falls National Park from Kampala, en-route stopover for the Rhinos at Ziwa Rhino Ranch to track the Rhinos to start the big FIVE before you have another stop in Masindi town for lunch before proceeding Murchison falls National park to the top of the Murchison falls. Here you will checkout the calm Nile forcing its self through a narrow gorge to fall a height of 50meters down with a thunderous roar. You should watch out for game and birds at the top of the falls. later drive to check in to your Lodge, refresh, and dinner on full board basis .
Day Three – Murchison Falls National Park of the 15 days Uganda tour
Take a cup of coffee / Tea on your very early breakfast before you go for a game drive on the northern circuit of the park. This drive will reward you with game like Jackson Hartebeest, Elephant, Waterbucks Lions, Rothschild Giraffe, and a variety of birds. Return from the drive for lunch at the lodge and the go for a boat ride in the afternoon along the Nile. You will be rewarded with game like crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, and plenty of bird species. Dinner and overnight on full board basis.
Day Four – Murchison Falls National Park – Kibale National Park
Transfer to fort portal, near Semuliki and Kibale National parks are situated. This drive will take you about 8 – 9 hours and it offers excellent panoramic en-route. After this long journey on this day of 15 days Uganda tour relax and spend the night at your hotel / lodge on full board basis
Day Five – Hot Springs to Semuliki National Park
In the morning after breakfast, drive to the crown and hot springs and then proceed to the pygmy villages located near Ituri Rain forest for an interesting cultural entertainment and experience. You will have lunch while experience the true taste of Africa. Drive back to Fort portal later for dinner and a night.
Day Six – Chimpanzees to Kibale National Park
Drive to Kibale Forest National Park- commonly known and accepted for its excellent diversity of and massive primates in East Africa . You will go for guided walk to search for the wild chimpanzees, black white colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, butterflies of different species and many others. In the afternoon you will go to the crater lakes region and then later in the evening be entertained by a cultural group for more cultural dances. Dinner and overnight.
Day Seven – Kibale National Park – Queen Elizabeth National Park
Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park where you will take on a mid morning game drive in search of the wild game and a marvel view of the great lakes of Lake Edwards and lake George, then also the great Kazinga channel. In the afternoon you will go for a launch cruise on the Kazinga channel to Lake Edward. Both the game drive and launch trip will reward you with animals like defassa water bucks, bushbucks, Buffaloes, warthogs, hyenas, hippos, pythons and Kobs and birds like the rare shoebill. Dinner and overnight on full board basis.
Day Eight – Activities in Queen Elizabeth National Park
Have your breakfast, then transfer for a walk through Maramagmbo forest and the Kyambura reserve for the whole day. You will have a picnic lunch in the forest. The walk through the forest provides an opportunity to view Uganda Kobs at a distance, cobras, rock pythons, monkeys, phoetes and many other animals. return for dinner and overnight on full board basis.
Day Nine – Queen Elizabeth National Park – Bwindi Gorilla Park
Drive through the Ishasha sector to Bwindi gorilla National Park a home of the gorillas. There will be opportunity to have a game drive in searh for tree climbing lions before your proceed to Bwindi. Your arrival will depending on the number of interesting stops that you will make with your driver Guide, dinner will be served and overnight on full board basis.
Day Ten – Bwindi Gorilla trekking
Go for gorilla tracking in the morning after your breakfast, you will be briefed by the guide at the headquarters about the overall activity of tracking. The activity is unpredictable, and therefore difficult to determine the time it takes however, it ranges between 2-9 hours. Depending on the movement of these giants; You will go through hardships but the experience of observing the gorillas interact and feed is awe-inspiring and erases the poor memories of trying to find the gorillas. return to your lodge, relax, dinner and Overnight on full board basis.
Day Eleven – Bwindi National Park – Lake Bunyonyi
Go for a guided nature walk in Bwindi on any trail of your interest- it could be a village trail or one of the other forest trails. You will have lunch and later proceed to L. Buyonyi; Dinner and overnight on full board basis.
Day Twelve – Activities in Lake Bunyonyi
Breakfast will be served at your lodge and later a boat ride on the lake Bunyonyi to visit some of the 29 small islands in the lake, among this to be visited are Dr Sharps Island where he had his residence now turned a historical site (the Doctor used to treat people who suffered from Leprosy in 1900’s, Bwama Islands where the Hospital, school and a church was built, go past the small island Akampene the former island where girls who got pregnant were exiled to die (because of immoral behavior) before a man who did not have a woman could rescue her. Other Islands to be visited are: Upside down Island, lastly Short hikes on the island Bushara,return to your lodge for lunch and in the afternoon enjoy swimming near your lodge or have a walk near by the lake, later dinner and overnight on full board basis
Day – Thirteen Lake Bunyonyi – Lake Mburo National Park
Take a breakfast and then drive off to Lake Mburo National Park which is a 4 hours drive. Go for a game drive to view impalas, elephants, buffaloes, elands and zebras. Rest have lunch, dinner and overnight.
Day – Fourteen Kampala City – Jinja Town
Leave for Jinja via Kampala to the Source of the River Nile and where the Nile starts to pour into the Mediterranean Sea; You will also visit the Bujagali falls. Dinner and Overnight.
Day Fifteen – Jinja Town – Entebbe Airport via Kampala City
You will have breakfast to go for a city tour for shopping. This is however dependant on your time of departure. You will then go back to your hotel to pack your language and then be transferred to the air port to catch your flight.
