Overview

The Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Reserve was gazetted in 1942, and in upgraded National park in 1992 the word Bwindi in the local Rukiga language means ‘Impenetrable.’ The park is about 327km sq of tangled vegetation draped over a deeply fissured landscape of steep, slippery valleys and high, draughty ridges. During trekking its easy to negotiate through this steep hills, in search of the endangered Mountain Gorillas.

Day 1: Arrival in Uganda
On arrival to Entebbe International Airport, you will meet with our company representative who will then arrange a transfer for you to your hotel in Either Entebbe Town or Kampala city for your overnight. If you arrive in the morning and you would wish to do an excursion, we will arrange it for you at an extra charge out of the original rate that will be sent to you

2. Transfer to Bwindi Impenerable National Park

This is optional you may choose to fly with Schedule Air transport, or travel by road, please lets know what you prefer.
After your breakfast, begin panoramic Safari south-word to Bwindi Gorilla Park. You will stop for pictures at the Equator; Lunch shall be served in Mbarara, at Agip Motel. The Last drive will then bring you to the end of today long journey with arrival to your lodge in Bwindi National Park in the evening for overnight.

Day 3: Bwindi Gorilla tracking
At 07:15 you shall be served with breakfast, later after transfer to the briefing ground to get the briefed on how you should track the gorillas this day, respecting the rules to the this Apes will make you have a successful tracking at 8.00am. In The afternoon you go for guided village walk to learn how the communities around the Bwindi National Park are benefiting from the tourism of the area; this is an ideal short walk, retiring for overnight later return for overnight.

Optional Activities to Choose
Day 4: EITHER HAVE Aadditional Bwindi Gorilla trekking or Just Forest Walk 
Go for a second gorilla tracking in the morning or Optional Forest Walk. You will be briefed by the guide at the headquarters about the overall activity. The activity is unpredictable, and therefore difficult to determine the time it takes however, it ranges between 2-9 hours. Depending on what you choose today; You will go through the forest while you have you news experience observing different primates with your packed lunch return later for dinner and Overnight to end the day.

Day 4: OR transfer from Bwindi National park – Queen Elizabeth National 
After breakfast at 7:00am leave Bwindi Gorilla forest for Queen Elizabeth National Park to the Northern Sector of Mweya, while driving along Ishasha tree climbing lions be searching for this Cats, if you are lucky might see some of these animals resting under the trees. Arrive in the early afternoon to you chosen Lodge and feel the real fresh air built accommodation. Check – in, lunch then an afternoon boat ride, return to evening game drive to Kasenyi area, in search on an open Savannah grazing the variety of mammals including elephants, buffalo, warthog, baboon, lion, leopard, several monkey species, spotted hyena, Uganda Kob and Bush Bucks. Enjoy the various numbers of bird species, will crown this day with dinner and over night.

Day 5 Bwindi National Park  –  via Kampala to Entebbe International Airport 
Early departure after your breakfast in the morning at 7:00am from Either Bwindi gorilla or Queen Elizabeth National park. Lunch shall be served enroute and just incase you need souvenirs then you will have an opportunity to stop at the Equator to buy some before proceeding to Kampala if you are stay here or to Entebbe to catch your flight back home.

Note. Transfer to from Either Bwindi National Park or Queen Elizabeth National Park is optional either by road or Schedule Air transport, please request for Air Rates from Us
